Wire Cages & Venturis
The support skeleton that decides your bag life
Overview
What This Equipment Does
Filter bags are only as good as the cages supporting them. A cage with rough welds or poor rigidity abrades the fabric from inside and cuts bag life in half.
Our cages are resistance-welded with smooth, burr-free joints and consistent wire spacing, with integral or separate venturis to focus pulse-jet energy into the bag.

How It Works
The Working Principle
The cage holds the bag open against filtration suction and keeps the fabric from collapsing.
During pulse cleaning, the venturi accelerates the compressed-air pulse, amplifying the shock wave that travels down the bag and dislodges the dust cake.
