Wet Scraper Chain Conveyors
Continuous submerged ash and dust extraction
Overview
What This Equipment Does
Bottom ash and collected dust have to go somewhere. A wet scraper chain conveyor receives hot material into a water trough, quenches it instantly and drags it up a dewatering incline for disposal — continuously and dust-free.
We fabricate complete submerged scraper conveyor systems: trough, chain and flight assemblies, drive and take-up units, engineered for abrasive 24/7 duty.

How It Works
The Working Principle
Hot ash or dust drops from the hopper outlet into the water-filled trough and is quenched on contact.
Forged chain links with scraper flights drag the settled material along the trough floor.
The incline section dewaters the material before discharge to a bunker or truck loading point.
