Bag Filters & Baghouse Systems
High-efficiency dust collection for heavy process gas streams
Overview
What This Equipment Does
A baghouse is the workhorse of industrial dust control. Process gas laden with particulate is drawn through an array of fabric filter bags; dust cakes on the bag surface while clean air passes through to the stack.
We design and fabricate complete baghouse systems — casing, hopper, tube sheet, bag and cage assemblies, pulse-jet cleaning header and control panel — sized to your gas volume, dust load and operating temperature.

How It Works
The Working Principle
Dust-laden gas enters the baghouse plenum and is distributed across the bag array.
Particulate collects on the outer bag surface, forming a dust cake that itself improves filtration.
Timed pulses of compressed air fire down each bag row, flexing the fabric and releasing the cake.
Collected dust falls to the hopper and is discharged via rotary airlock or screw conveyor.
