Filter Bag Manufacturing
Precision-stitched filter bags in every industrial fabric
Overview
What This Equipment Does
The filter bag is the consumable heart of every baghouse, and its fabric, stitching and fit decide both emission levels and replacement cycles.
We manufacture filter bags in-house for our own systems and as replacements for any OEM baghouse — matched to your gas temperature, moisture and chemical exposure.

How It Works
The Working Principle
Fabric is selected against your operating temperature, acid dew point and dust abrasiveness.
Bags are cut, stitched and finished with snap-band, ring or flanged tops to suit your tube sheet.
Each batch is dimension-checked so bags seat correctly and seal against emission bypass.
