ESP System Upgradation

Bring ageing electrostatic precipitators back inside emission norms

Overview

What This Equipment Does

Electrostatic precipitators drift out of compliance as electrodes wear, rapping systems fatigue and process conditions move away from the original design point.

We audit, refurbish and upgrade ESPs — replacing collecting plates and discharge electrodes, upgrading transformer-rectifier sets and controllers, or converting ESP casings into pulse-jet baghouses where norms demand step-change performance.

ESP System Upgradation

How It Works

The Working Principle

01

A performance audit maps gas distribution, electrical sections and mechanical condition against emission targets.

02

Worn internals — plates, electrodes, rapping systems — are replaced during a planned shutdown.

03

Where ESP physics cannot meet new norms, the casing is retained and internals converted to fabric filtration (ESP-to-baghouse conversion).

Key Features

Built Into Every Unit

  • Collecting plate and discharge electrode replacement
  • Rapping system and GD screen refurbishment
  • T/R set and microprocessor controller upgrades
  • Full ESP-to-baghouse conversion within the existing casing
  • Shutdown-window project execution with guaranteed restart dates
